Dominican Chef Carolina Mourelle is back and this time on the menu – delicious desserts will be featured just in time for Valentine’s Day. To warm your palate the menu will include hot chocolate with Dominican rum shot (optional) paired with "Jalao” ` (coconut and honey truffles) complimented by a classic, "Tres Leches". We will do the batter of the traditional Dominican cake for the demonstration of the cake, which participants can take home to bake. Limited to 15 participants.
