Certified yoga instructor Grace Magee will lead your tween or teen out of their busy schedules into a place of serenity and strength. Students of all levels will enjoy this class which mixes traditional poses, like sun salutations with partner work, breath/body awareness and strength builders. They will leave feeling calm, confident and more aware of themselves and their surroundings. Please bring a towel and water. We will provide the mats and the fun! Multiple sessions are encouraged. Limited to 8 participants.
