This course will provide information for current hearing aid users on how to get the most out of their hearing aids.
Grace Overwise
Grace Overwise earned her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D) from Bloomsburg University of PA in 2025. Her interests include auditory processing disorders as well as assistive listening technology. Overwise believes that every person deserves an individualized approach and knows the importance of taking the time to understand everyone’s unique needs and preferences to provide a personalized hearing solution. She is passionate about providing exceptional care and personalized hearing solutions that empower her patients to live more connected and enriched lives.
Kathleen Scheydt
Kathleen Scheydt is a hearing aid fitter who believes that customer care should be the first priority. She transitioned to the hearing industry after working in nursing for years, having seen firsthand the effects of untreated, long-term hearing loss. Scheydt’s goal is to work with customers and their families to improve their quality of life.
