Embracing Aging Series

Course | Registration opens 8/3/2026 8:00 AM EDT

Aging is not just something that happens, it’s something we shape. This course explores how ageism, both societal and internal, affects confidence and opportunity. We’ll challenge common myths about aging and highlight the strengths that come with experience. Participants will also learn practical ways to help create communities where people of all ages can thrive.
