Focusing on Your Health: Keeping Your Lungs Healthy for the Seasons

This course is going to take you into the perspective of your health through the lens of Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The health of our lungs often come to the forefront for us during the season of autumn and into winter. We will take a look at how to keep the lungs healthy through the various supports of what we take into our bodies, as well as some breathing techniques, gentle Qigong to strengthen (and keep strong) the lungs of our body and finish with a lung supporting meditation.
Tammy Bray
Tammy Bray, creator of Qigong 4 Well-Being, has led a Qigong community at Sattva Center for Meditation and Yoga for the past three years. She also enjoys supporting people to engage in exploring their inner landscape as a Reiki/Energy practitioner, guide and teacher, as well as offering various interactive playshops on forward-focused health and wellness topics. Bray encourages all of us to live to bring forth lighter and brighter communities.
