The largest land mass in the world, stretching across eleven time zones, is deeply rich in culture, language, and a complicated history. Those who are curious about what makes Russia one of the most intriguing countries in the world, can come explore some perspectives from the presenter who studied in the USSR and traveled across Russia on the famous Trans-Siberian Railway. Chip Kauffman

Charles “Chip” Kauffman is a retired certified U.S. Government linguist who has taught many language and linguistics courses, mainly at York College of Pennsylvania and Penn State York. He has been a frequent lifelong learning instructor for more than a decade.
