After stopping the proverbial bleeding (the excessive gun violence), and proving what was possible (in a tough community like York)... Moving the discussion and the approach to focusing on "Quality of Life" issues and creating a more self-sufficient, self-reliant community, built on: increasing expectations (for ourselves and others), promoting mutual respect, achieving compliance through positive peer pressure, personal accountability, combating "selfish & ugly" societal messages through education and example setting, aimed at demonstrating "good citizenship", being a better neighbor, and a return to "Golden Rule" living.
Michael Muldrow
Michael Muldrow is a proud advocate for York, champion for youth, and a longstanding presence in the local law enforcement community. Over the course of a decorated twenty-year career, he served in leadership roles (both with the School District Police and now the City Police Department) for more than twelve years. His greatest attributes are his ability to relate to people, his drive, a positive outlook, and non-traditional approach to problem-solving.
