Flavor, Memory & Meaning: A Life Told Through Food
Local Tour | Registration opens 8/3/2026 8:00 AM EDT
A very special cooking class exploring the life lessons, memories, and traditions woven through the recipes that shaped the life of Liza Naylor. In this demonstration-style class, Liza’s thoughtful approach to cooking will be explored, shaped by lived experience, seasonal ingredients, and a lifelong curiosity about flavor and human connection. It’s a universal truth that food carries memory and movement, persistence and celebration. Through stories, flavor, and conversation, participants are invited to reconnect with their own stories and the meals that helped shape who they are. This is a one-sneaker tour.
This course will be held at Leg Up Farmers Market, 3100 N. George St, York, PA
