This presentation will provide a brief history of U.S. biological, chemical and nuclear weapons, the current force structure, cost, and the authority of the President to use nuclear weapons.
John Ricca
John Ricca served fifty-seven years working for the federal government as a weapons of mass destruction and counter-terrorism analyst, including twenty-two on active duty in the U.S. Army. His specialties are nuclear physics and health physics. He has a master’s degree and has completed more than two dozen technical courses in biological, chemical, and nuclear sciences. Ricca currently performs as a national and homeland security analyst.
