JT Hand
JT Hand is the president and CEO of The York Water Company, our nation's oldest investor-owned utility. He's been with The York Water Company for fifteen years, serving previously as chief operating officer. Hand and his family joined the York community in 2008 after serving for twenty-two years on active duty in the United States Army.
