The Three Treasures: Taking a Closer Look at Ourselves through the Lens of Qigong

Course | Registration opens 12/7/2026 8:00 AM EDT

In the ancient healing art of Qigong, there is a focus on the Three Treasures. These Three Treasures of the body are also referred to as dantians or energy centers, and they govern our physical, emotional, and mental bodies. Learning how to stay connected to them and keep them tuned and vibrating in harmony is of great importance to embodying our whole Self. In this course, you will learn more about The Three Treasures, as well as some practices for keeping the whole self vital and healthy via these valuable centers.
