Fallingwater was designed in 1935 by Frank Lloyd Wright.  Our guided tour of the house will give us insights into Wright’s organic architecture and design philosophy and discover the beauty of Fallingwater and its natural landscape. The Fallingwater part of our trip will include a boxed lunch and time to wander throughout the grounds.

Kentuck Knob is a 1956 Usonian house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and built into the hillside of the Laurel Highlands. On our guided tour, we will learn about Wright’s Usonian architecture, the Hagan family who commissioned the home, and the Palumbo family’s ongoing stewardship. 

Both tours include extensive walking & standing. Mobility access is limited in certain areas. The round-trip bus ride is approximately 6 hours. Only handheld cameras are permitted on the tour. Backpacks of any size are prohibited inside Fallingwater. Cross body bags smaller than 10X10X3” are permitted. Any prohibited items must be left in the lockers located in the Visitor Center.

Meals & Snacks: A boxed lunch at Fallingwater is included in the trip price. The café at Kentuck Knob will be available for dinner or snacks at your own expense.

Because travel to and from the sites takes approximately three hours each way, we recommend bringing your own drinks and snacks for the bus ride.
