Trees are essential to the beautification of your yard and can be a significant investment. This class will review proper planning, planting and pruning of tress to prevent expensive problems, and ensure the health and safety of the trees on your property. We will start with “right plant, right place” and how to get them settled into their new homes. Then we will study tree anatomy in order to understand when, where, and how to prune so you enhance the tree’s natural form and don’t inadvertently injure it. We will also show and discuss the care and use of pruning tools.
