Meditation 101: A Simplistic Approach

Course | Registration opens 12/7/2026 8:00 AM EDT

Have you ever wondered what “meditation” is? Have you ever tried to “meditate”, found it difficult to stay focused, and gave up after a few attempts? Or maybe you have not tried it? Then this course is for you! We will examine the major “official” types of meditation, discuss the benefits, discover how it affects your brain and mind, and examine how we can approach meditation as a simplistic method for slowing down our “monkey mind” thoughts, without sitting on the floor in a lotus posture!
