Life is complicated and difficult, yet there are proven methods that could bring happiness into your life. This course will offer strategies from various sources that will bring more happiness into your life. Pick and choose what you want and find ways to feel better about life! Some methods are "religious" in nature, but many can be apply to life in general. So, choose happiness! Find a new way of living.
Chris Staats
Christine (Chris) Staats has a B.S. in secondary mathematics education from Shippensburg University. She has been teaching high school-level mathematics for more than 40 years with joy in her heart. She loves watching films, learning new things, reading, listening to live music, playing pickleball, and being with her family. She hopes to bring more joy into the world through kindness.
