Stop the Bleed (Spartan Spotlight)

Course | Registration opens 2/1/2027 8:00 AM EDT

Stop the Bleed is a national bleeding control education program that teaches people how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and take immediate action before emergency responders arrive. Participants learn three key techniques: applying direct pressure, packing a wound, and using a tourniquet. The goal is to empower bystanders to save lives in emergencies such as accidents, traumatic injuries, or mass casualty events.
