Interactive Alpaca Farm Tour: What Happens to the Fleece After Shearing?

This spring tour will include viewing newly shorn alpacas, feeling their shaved fleece, and discussing the process of taking raw fleece and making it into yarn. In addition to interacting with the alpacas and giving them treats and hugs, we will also discuss how we keep them cool in the very hot weather. The farm is located at 3841 Trout Run Rd, York, PA 17406. This is a two-sneaker tour.
