Learning to draw is nothing more than letting go of expectations and fine-tuning your ability to "see" shapes, lines, and sizes. This introductory class will get you comfortable with sketching via a series of specific tasks to gain confidence and skill. Complete beginners are welcome as well as those who need a push to re-enter their art practice.

  • Bring sketchbook to first class.
  • Sketchbook approximately 9 x 12", all other materials provided.

A Denver Native, Deb Rosenbaum is a professional artist with extensive art instruction experience including fifteen years as Visual Arts Director at Denver School of the Arts. Her humorous and quirky work in collage, printmaking, and sculpture reflects her passion for story telling and collecting, combining disparate materials. She currently serves as a Board member and faculty at the Art Students League of Denver.
