Study the shapes of cartoon fish and other creatures of the sea. Learn to draw an underwater world. Then, recreate your sea creatures by cutting shapes and patterns from colorful papers, and pasting them together. On the final day, we will bring our underwater worlds to life with an Under the Sea party, wearing masks that we made in class!

  • This class takes place via Zoom. Link will be sent 1 hour prior to the start of each class.
  • Pencils
  • Markers
  • Construction papers (plus white paper)
  • Glue sticks
  • School glue
  • Scissors
  • Crepe paper: streamer pink, streamer green
  • Tissue papers in various colors (pink and orange recommended)
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Googly eyes
  • Tape
  • Optional Snacks for last day:
  • goldfish crackers
  • sliced carrot discs
  • sliced green pepper strips
  • broccoli pieces
  • other sliced fruits and vegetables to form coral reef shapes
