Beginning Painting - May
Adult Course | This class is completed
Every painting is like a puzzle. You have to look at your subject and see shapes, colors, light and texture and then combine them to create an exciting image. That is what we learn to do in this class.
- We paint in either oils or acrylics. The students must bring tubes of basic colors, an assortment of brushes, at least one 16”x20” canvas, and a palette for mixing colors. A roll of paper towels is useful.
For oils also bring solvent and a container for cleaning brushes. Another useful item is alkyd, which makes your oils dry faster.
For acrylics brings a container for water.
