No knitting experience necessary!

In this workshop you will learn how to use wire on a French knitting spool to create delicate drop earrings. We will be adding pearls, pebbles or beads to the inside of the earrings to create an encased peapod effect to elevate these lovely drops. If we have time, you will learn how to make your own sterling silver ear wires or you will get to select from a variety of premade (by me) styles to finish off your pair. 

 

  • -6 or more pearls, stones or beads between the sizes 4mm-8mm - if you want to use something smaller than 4mm it needs to have a hole through it for stringing

    -Round nose pliers (if you already have them)

    -If needed/optional: magnifiers or reading glasses that will enable you to see and work with objects the size of a pinhead
