Ages 14-17 DIY is Punk!

Are you interested in subcultural styles but struggle with how much money clothing can be? Are you an emerging punk or goth? Do you like making your clothing personalized and unique or do you just want to make cool things? Then this class is for you! In it, we will focus on ways to make, alter and embellish in a low cost and easily replicable way!
We will learn how to screen print, some intro hand and machine sewing skills, make bottle cap pins, and how to dye fabric in this multi-media class. Students will leave with a final product utilizing multiple combined elements and the skills to continue creating on their own.
All skill levels welcome! If you have blank clothing you would like to print on or embellish, feel free to bring those too.
