OFFSITE Fundamentals of Drawing

This workshop is designed for students to help learn and improve drawing skills.
Referencing drawing techniques of the Old Masters, we will demo and learn the most important elements needed to create successful drawings.
- This class will be held at the ASLD Englewood Branch, 901 Englewood Pky Unit 108, Englewood, CO 80110.
- Students should bring
• a Knitting needle or similar size stick/small dowel rod to aid in measuring for perspective
All other materials will be provided.
Ali Alzobaede
Born in Iraq, Ali Ghassan Al-Zobaede is a classically trained painter. He was an instructor at Babel University and Al-Koufa University in Iraq. He is the co-founder of the 'Free Atelier Group.' Ali has worked with theatre companies in Iraq to design and build set designs. Ali teaches private lessons in painting and drawing. At ASLD, he teaches workshops in sculpture, painting and drawing.
