Dive into the art of self-expression through hand embroidery. In this series, students will create expressive self-portraits using needle and thread, with a focus on color blending, texture, and personal narrative. Each session builds on the last, starting with foundational stitching techniques and moving toward more complex approaches to portraiture and color layering. Whether you're new to embroidery or looking to deepen your skills, this class offers a supportive space to explore identity and creativity through fibers.

Week 1: Introduction to embroidery + self-portraits
Week 2: Transferring designs + basic stitches + introduction to color blending
Week 3: Color blending with thread + building texture and dimension
Week 4: Final stitching, detailing, and group reflection
