Are you ready to take your drawing skills to the next level? Do you love drawing characters from your favorite books, shows, movies, and video games? Do you want to start making your own original characters? This advance class is for you! One day at a time you will learn the “rules” of drawing the human figure AND how to break those rules to create one-of-kind characters. This class is designed for the young artist who feels they are a ready to take on a new challenge, so good drawing skills and passion for drawing are required!
Feel free to bring images of your favorite human(ish) characters to study for Day 5. Printed images are preferred.
Daily Schedule:
Day One-Drawing the Head, Neck, and Torso
Day Two-Drawing the Arms, Legs, Hand and Feet
Day Three: Drawing Poses
Day Four: Drawing Clothing
Day Five: Studying the GOAT’s of Character Design: Drawing Inspiration for OC’s and/or Making Fan Art
