Art of the Doodle
Adult Class | Registration opens 2/3/2026 10:00 AM MST
We’ve all done it. In the margins of science class notes or desk blotters; absentmindedly or with great intent. Doodling has been around since cave drawings. Armed with fancier tools and tricks of the artist’s trade we’ll turn the doodled imagination into beautiful works you’d be proud to frame and hang or to simply leave on a sticky note. Learn techniques such as entopic graphomania, appropriation, exquisite corpse, and automatism. This is an easy going and laid back drawing class for any skill level. Come have fun, relax and enjoy the art of the doodle. “Doodling is beyond craft and criticism; it belongs to us all; it’s impossible to do it badly--or well.” Matthew Battles
