Tai Chi & Push Hands: Movement and Listening as Loving Gestures:

Join longtime martial artist and Tai Chi instructor Bradley Ryan for a 30-minute (or longer) exploration of love expressed through mindful movement and attentive connection. The session begins with gentle Tai Chi forms to cultivate balance, breath, and self-awareness, then transitions into an introduction to Tai Chi Push Hands, where participants learn ting jing—“listening energy.” Together, these practices reveal how grounded presence and responsive listening can become powerful loving gestures toward ourselves and others. All levels welcome.

  • This adult class is also open to students ages 16+

This free class will take place at our satellite studio located at the Englewood City Center at 901 Englewood Pky Unit 108, Englewood, CO 80110.
