Handle Workshop

Is the worst part of your mug making experience the handle? In this workshop, students receive a pre-made cylinder to attach multiple handles to. The idea is to try different styles of handles and get more comfortable with making and attaching handles. At the end of the session, all students will have a handle library that they can reference when working on future projects.
Ren is open to anyone 16 + Years of age joining!
- This workshop does not allow students access to open studios unless concurrently enrolled in another ceramics class.
Ren Cannon
Ren (they/them) is an artist based in Denver, CO. They have a BFA in Fibers and Drawing from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins although they primarily work as a printmaker and potter right now. They think that the best way to learn is to experiment, make mistakes, and gain some knowledge rather than seeking perfection. When not in the studio, Ren likes to ride bikes, pet dogs, learn about science and nature, and try new things.
