***You must have a CURRENT EMT Certification through Southern Nevada Health District or NREMT at the time of registration ***

This will be a full 150 Hour, in person Advanced - EMT Course. The class will be every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm-9:30pm. The class will begin on Monday, May 7, 2025, and is scheduled to end Monday, September 22, 2025.  Passing this course will allow the student to sit for the National Registry AEMT Written Exam. Success with this exam leads to a National registry certification as an AEMT. The class will be held at Community Ambulance, 91 Corporate Park Drive, Henderson, NV 89074. The fee for the course is $1,400.00. A deposit of $700.00 is required to reserve a seat in the class, with the remaining balance of $700.00 due 40 hours into the class. The fee includes a Health Science Center shirt to be worn while in class and during ride along experiences. The fee does not include the required online access with E-Text. This is purchased through an outside vendor. After registration, a link will be provided to enroll in the online portion. This must be purchased and enrolled before the first class. Prerequisites for the class are that the student must have a valid DL or ID. The student must provide copies of a CURRENT EMT Certification and CPR Certification.  Please note, you must have a current EMT Certification at time of registration.
