Understanding deepens as connections are made between the BrainDance patterns and modern dance technique. Dancers explore the body’s relationship to Space, Time & Force through complex improvisations, floor work, & movement sequences. Choreographic prompts encourage collaboration & creativity. Dancers analyze choreography and share feedback, strengthening dance literacy & communication skills.

  • Dress for comfort and ease of movement. Dance clothes such as leotards, footless tights, sweatpants/shorts, leggings, stretch pants, t-shirts, dance skirts, etc. Hair should be pulled back from the face. Students dance in bare feet.
