Experience a magical hour of joyful dance, connection, and learning with your child. Learn the BrainDance, explore dance concepts, play with multi-sensory props and instruments, and practice movement skills through guided dances and obstacle courses. Our brain-compatible approach nurtures cognitive, social-emotional, and kinesthetic development while encouraging imagination and creativity! If you will be dancing with more than one child, you need to register all children for the class. We offer a 50% discount for the second child registered in a family. Creative Dance Center COVID-19 health and safety protocols include but are not limited to: masks required for students and guardians ages 2 and up, regardless of vaccination status, to enter the building, during class, and at drop off and pick up; required Assumption of Risk/Health Screening/Release of Liability Form must be filled out for all students before each session; only staff, faculty, and students are allowed to stay in the building during class; required vaccine verification form must be completed for all people age 12 and older who are entering the building; if you and/or your student age 12+ cannot provide proof of full vaccination, a negative COVID-19 lab administered test taken within 72 hours needs to be provided before entering the buildin

Mansbridge, Anna

Anna Mansbridge (she/her) is Artistic Director of Kaleidoscope Dance Company and Mosaic Dance Company and a frequent choreographer for both companies. She has been on faculty at CDC since 1999, teaching dance to all ages. She holds a First Class Honors Degree in Dance and Education from Bedford College, UK, and an MFA in Choreography and Performance from Mills College, CA. Anna co-directs the one-week Summer Dance Institute for Teachers with Terry Goetz, and she gives workshops in Brain-Compatible Dance Education both locally and internationally. She is Founder and Artistic Director of Seattle Early Dance and has directed/choreographed a number of early operas and concerts. Anna is the former Chair of dance and the Child international (daCi) USA.
