Understanding of modern dance deepens as connections are made between the BrainDance patterns and modern dance technique. Dancers explore the body’s relationship to Space, Time & Force through complex improvisations, floor work, & movement sequences. Choreographic prompts encourage collaboration and creativity. Dancers analyze choreography and share feedback, strengthening dance literacy and communication skills.
