Ballet reimagined! Warming up with the BrainDance prepares students for barre and center work. Ballet technique continues to develop as do more complex movement explorations, alone and with partners. Composition skills are nurtured by introducing more choreographic tools and devices to dancers. We teach more than steps and technique. Innovative brain-compatible ballet supports expression, agency, and artistry.

  • Clothing: Dance clothes such as leotards, tights, leggings, dance skirts/shorts worn over leotard and tights, sweatpants, shorts. Hair should be pulled back from the face. Ballet shoes required.
