Camps | Available

Join us for a full day of camp with “EnviroDance!” camp in the morning and “Art in Motion” in the afternoon! Full-day camp includes lunchtime care between 12:30-1:00pm at no extra charge!

EnviroDance! Art in Nature (9:30am-12:30pm)
Connect with the natural world through movement and art! Each day a new exploration awaits – learn how dance concepts like Energy, Flow, and Pathways relate to living plants, animals, weather, land, and water. Dancers see, feel, and discover nature in art and art in nature. Creative dance class and art project are linked thematically to support deeper understan
ding and engagement in the creative process. Dancers and artists share their creativity with family in an informal presentation on the last day of camp.

Art in Motion (1:00-4:00pm)
Art in Motion explores dance and art through the works of visionary artists. Every day we discover a new artist, immersing ourselves in their unique style and voice. Frida Kahlo, Dale Chihuly, Gee’s Bend Quilts (Freedom Quilting Bee), and Leonardo da Vinci  will inspire our creations. Creative dance class includes time for dance-making inspired by our daily artist. Art in Motion engages creativity and expression through kinesthetic and visual/spatial learning experiences, fusing the worlds of dance and visual art! Dancers and artists share their creativity with family in an informal presentation on the last day of camp.

(There will be no camp on Friday, July 4.)
