Attention all OLLI members: There are some measures that will need to be implemented for OLLI classes with the new session. AJCC now has a Director of Community Security, and with her guidance we have tightened the front desk protocols for all who enter the building.
Members of the Alpert JCC will need to have their badge & scan in every time. Students who are not members will need to fill out our guest questionnaire and provide photo ID, once. Once we have this information on file, we will note it on the roster so they will not have to show it again each week. This applies to instructors also. Some of the OLLI students have taken umbrage at being stopped from just walking in and being asked for photo ID, but we must adhere to the protocols established.
The guest questionnaire can be found on our website, but here is the direct link https://form.jotform.com/221425642539153 so people can fill it out in advance. Everyone should allow a few minutes extra to check in the first day of class. A photo ID also needs to be run through the system on the first visit . A parking pass issued for the length of the class will expedite their entry into the parking lot.
