Learn about the effectiveness of meditation, its spiritual and philosophical roots and how meditation and mindfulness can support the transformation of your inner and outer life. Weekly lectures are followed by meditation that can become the foundation of a regular practice, including how to develop a habit of meditation that you can stick with.
Mello Mitchell
Mello began meditating twenty years ago. He has taught meditation to relax or support life transformation. He believes that we are all here for a higher purpose and should use our time to learn and grow. He is a student of a Himalayan / Yoga Master and Certified Meditation Instructor.
