Weekly lectures are followed by meditation that can become the foundation of a regular practice, including how to develop a habit of meditation that you can stick with.
Mello Mitchell
| Mello Mitchell began his meditation journey over twenty years ago and has since taught meditation as a tool for relaxation, inner growth and well-being. He believes that everyone has a higher purpose and should use their time on earth to learn and grow. Mello is a Certified Meditation Instructor, a student of a Himalayan/Yogi Master, a Reiki Master with a Black Belt in Karate and an MBA, bringing a diverse background to his teaching. |
