(3) McGirt v Oklahoma - The American Indian case about land ownership and who has jurisdiction on a
reservation regarding Indian criminal cases.
(4) The Ahmad Arberry criminal trial for murder under current hate crime statutes.
(5) The MacDonald's case involving hot coffee and resulting customer burns.
(6) The pending U.S v Skrmetti case brought by three families and their doctors suing to allow continuing
transgender medical treatment for their minor children.
