The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is one of three Reconstruction Amendments ratified in 1868. Our sessions will include the areas of citizenship, due process and equal protections, all of which are defined in the words of this amendment. In our six-week class, we will look at historic Supreme Court cases, which have further defined these areas of the law over the centuries and will include the most current cases.”
