F26-14 My Brain—Or Is It Memorex REPEAT from Spring '26

Class | Registration opens 8/16/2026 9:00 AM EDT

“My Brain—or Is It Memorex?” is a class designed specifically for people who want to stay mentally sharp and actively support long-term brain health. Using easy to understand information about the brain and how memory works, the course helps participants distinguish between normal age-related changes and signs that deserve attention. By combining education, brain-building exercises and meaningful conversation, this course empowers seniors to take an active role in maintaining memory, supporting independence and potentially helping to forestall dementia.
