F26-35 Quilting - Jelly Roll Sampler Quilt ONGOING
Class | Registration opens 8/16/2026 9:00 AM EDT
The Jelly Roll Sampler Quilt is a very unusual sampler quilt. This quilt is made from one “Jelly Roll” and a small amount of accent yardage. A jelly roll is a curated collection of 40 to 42- 2.5 inch by width of fabric strips. Equipment for this class includes a basic sewing machine with a 1/4-inch foot (or a way to achieve a ¼ inch seam), an iron and ironing board or ironing mat (one or two for the class), rotary cutting set (mat, ruler and cutter) and basic sewing supplies (straight pins, needles, thread, seam ripper, scissors, thread snips). Fabric requirements include one “Jelly Roll” and some accent fabric yardage. Four and one half inch and six and one half inch square rulers will be helpful but not required. After the quilt top is completed a corresponding amount of batting and fabric for backing will be needed.
No machine required at the first class.
