As we age (who, us?), eating healthfully and being more active can enhance and prolong a more enjoyable senior lifestyle. Many tips will be given to get the most out of a variety of foods and beverages while meeting your nutrient needs, therefore reducing the risk of disease. We will discuss what you need to consider in providing a variety of ways to obtain all the proteins and vitamins we need.
Mary Curran
Mary Curran is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Education Specialist. She received her Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies: Public and Community Health and Exercise Science from Liberty University. She has gained extensive experience in clinical exercise psychology and nutrition as well as other areas. She is a Registered Dietitian with TPMG and also owns her own company, Curran Wellness LLC.
