We are living longer today than any time in history, and a lot of research has been done to help us understand which factors impact longevity and the quality of our lives. This workshop will explore research results on this important topic and invite participants to share how their experiences relate to study findings.

Andrea Palmisano

Andrea Palmisano was born and raised in Brazil. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and a master's in clinical psychology, and a mediation certification from the Virginia Supreme Court, where she serves as a general and family mediator. She is also a professor of Psychology at Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach where she has been teaching since 2010.
