How would you like to visit the land of Zorba the Greek without ever going far from home? Join your fellow ILR members at Norfolk's Greek Festival to experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of Greece.

Immerse yourself in the Greek culture and traditions: learn about the Greek Orthodox Christian faith on a tour of the Cathedral; enjoy sumptuous food and mouthwatering desserts; and be entertained by authentic Greek dance performances. Be sure to save time to visit the indoor marketplace where you will find beautiful jewelry, olive oil, Greek foods and desserts to purchase for home.

LOCATION: Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 7220 Granby Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23505
PARKING: Parking lots are behind the church and behind the funeral home net door. There is also on-street parking on side streets.
MEETING PLACE: Wear your nametags and look for the ILR representative under the big tent.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
     3:00 p.m. meet and make your way to the food
     *4:30 p.m. Cathedral tour
     *6:00 p.m. Greek Dance Performance
*The festival committee has not finalized times. You will receive notification a week before with final details. By eating first, you avoid the lines and you will have plenty of time for the tour, shopping and enjoying the dancing.
