Arthritis: The Path to Healthy Movement

The pain, swelling, and tenderness in joints resulting from arthritis often worsens with age. Although there is no known cure, the condition can be managed to improve quality of life. This lecture will cover exercise, diet and weight loss, and pain management of arthritis to promote healthy movement in patients.

Kirstin Negron

Dr. Kirstin Negron completed her family medicine residence at Garnet Health Medical Center in Hudson Valley, New York in 2021. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine after obtaining her bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in Spanish Linguistics from the University of Florida. Before joining CenterWell Senior Primary Care in 2023, Dr. Negron worked with Bon Secours in Virginia Beach. She is passionate about preventive medicine and reducing polypharmacy.
