The Virginia Beach SPCA: Our Mission

Class - In Person & Zoom | Available (Membership Required)

We will describe how the Virginia Beach SPCA, or Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, creates a more humane and responsible community for our animals by reducing suffering and increasing humane compassion in our clinic and shelter. We will also tell how we collect, foster, spay and neuter our animals and will explain our adoption services.
