Theresa Burgess
Theresa Burgess began as a licensed insurance agent in the late 70's, with major medical plans having $100 deductibles and health maintenance organizations (HMOs) on the horizon. Fast forward (many) years and she is still focusing on education, sometimes at the kitchen table or a library study room with a client, sharing the various facets of medical and life insurance and how they apply to the individual. (If the speaker's name seems familiar, she is our own ILR office administrator.)
