Description Of Tour: The Norfolk Harbor cruise aboard the Victory Rover is your front row seat to he naval fleet! Cruising the smooth waters of the Elizabeth River, tour one of the world’s busiest seaports including the world’s largest naval base, home of the Atlantic Fleet, made up of
destroyers, guided missile cruisers, submarines and aircraft carriers.
WHEN: September 10, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Registration deadline Fri., Sept. 4th.
WHERE: Victory Rover departs from Nauticus, 1 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, Va 23510
Be dockside no later than 10:30 a.m. for prompt departure at 11:00 a.m. – boat not held for latecomers.
PARKING: Parking at the Town Point Garage located across from Nauticus is free for the first 2 hours and an additional $1-2 per hour after.
COST: $33 per person (includes harbor tour, gratuity and Admin fee.) No refunds issued after deadline date, Sept. 4.
MINIMUM #: 20 people to insure group ticket price.
CONSIDERATIONS: Dress for the weather accordingly. There is plenty of comfortable seating, an air-conditioned enclosed deck, an open-air shaded upper deck. The lower deck is ADA accessible for non-motorized wheelchairs.
Any cancellation or rescheduling due to weather conditions will be determined by the Captain/Owner of the Victory Rover, Tom Van Benschoten. If this occurs, you will be notified by ILR.
LUNCH: The ship store has snacks available for purchase e.g. chips, soft pretzels, hot dogs, beers, wines, sodas, and mixed drinks. These items are at your own expense. Lunch is not included.
