This class will be a discussion about the importance of organ, cell, and tissue registration with a behind-the-scenes review of the process of organ and tissue recovery, the need for organ and tissue donation, and the impact of saying “yes” on our community.

Sarah Bednarczyk

Sarah Bednarczyk is the Hampton Roads Community Engagement Coordinator for LifeNet Health. She
is a native of Norfolk and a graduate of ODU with a degree in Speech Pathology and Special Education. Her
background crosses a variety of areas demonstrating her interest and accomplishments in helping people and
making an impact on communities in need of support and advocacy.
