How Trees Communicate

Class - In Person & Zoom | Available (Membership Required)

This class will cover the ways that plants communicate within themselves and to other species. Additionally, we’ll talk about communication through mycorrhizal fungi connecting plants as well as the science behind the popular “Mother Tree” concept.

Edward Primka

Edward Primka, IV, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Christopher Newport University in the
Department of Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Science. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology from Pennsylvania
State University and a BS in Biology from Wake Forest University.
