Brad Jacob
Professor Brad Jacob is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and has been a professor at
Regent University School of Law since 2001. His teaching expertise includes Constitutional Law, Foundations of
Law, Constitutional Criminal Procedure, and Nonprofit Tax-Exempt Organizations, among other courses. He
served as Regent Law School’s Associate Dean for Academic Programs from 2018 to 2026 and is now Associate
Dean of Administration. Professor Jacob has been married since 1983 and is the homeschooling father of nine
children. He is an elder of Cross Roads Church (SBC) in Norfolk, Virginia, and plays bass guitar in the church
praise band. He is interviewed in print and broadcast media around the country on a regular basis and speaks at
various law schools under the banner of the Federalist Society.
